Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
