Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

Nova Vale Pharma develops and makes medicines in Birmingham, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
