Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
