Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Birmingham working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
