Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Loom Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
