Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meadow Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
