Ironwood Keystone Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 324 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
