Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
