Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Willow Financial serves customers across Baltimore with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 528 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
