Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Orchard Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Baltimore design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
