Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
