Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Baltimore. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
