Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Associates develops and makes medicines in Austin. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 906 people based in Austin. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
