Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

Bright Union Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Austin design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
