Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Austin, TX)

Silverline Rowan Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Austin, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
