Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Austin. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
