Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 958 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
