Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Atlanta serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
