Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
