Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Anchorage. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
