Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Field Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
