Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Basin Health is a healthcare provider in Anchorage with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
