Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Thistle Financial serves customers across Anchorage with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
