Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Albuquerque serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
