Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quill Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
