Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Loom Medical Group is a Albuquerque company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
