Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Sparrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 744 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
