Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
