Client Services Coordinator - benefits enrolment (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Rook Community Partners is an Orlando nonprofit helping families enrol in food, health and childcare benefits. About 300 staff and volunteers work at neighbourhood sites. We are hiring a part-time client services coordinator. What you will do • Help clients with applications and documents at our community offices. • Follow up with clients on missing paperwork and appointment dates. • Track outcomes and share common obstacles with our advocacy team. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, case management or customer service. • Spanish or Haitian Creole is a strong plus. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Orlando, including some evenings.
