Case Manager - intake and assessment (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Early Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
