Case Manager - intake and assessment (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Analytics and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for referrals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
