Case Manager - intake and assessment (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
