Case Manager - intake and assessment (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Basin Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
