Case Manager - intake and assessment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Fox Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
