Case Manager - intake and assessment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Virginia Beach, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
