Case Manager - intake and assessment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Virginia Beach serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
