Case Manager - intake and assessment (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Virginia Beach serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
