Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services.
