Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
