Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Tucson, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
