Case Manager - intake and assessment (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Toledo. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 829 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
