Case Manager - intake and assessment (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Wilder Community Partners is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
