Case Manager - intake and assessment (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Quill Health Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
