Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
