Case Manager - intake and assessment (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Willow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tampa. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
