Case Manager - intake and assessment (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 840 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
