Case Manager - intake and assessment (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Umber Civic Services Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
