Case Manager - intake and assessment (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Keystone Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 434 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
