Case Manager - intake and assessment (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
