Case Manager - intake and assessment (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Housing Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
